We Were Made For Battle

Fighting the good fight of faith, means there's a fight going on.

I have been hearing lately a lot about Leviathan and lately I have been hearing it back to back now. Job 41:1-8 Leviathan is a spirit of confusion and division in the church we must be careful we are not operating in this spirit. That spirit must be cast out because you can't pet a demon. Lay hands upon him and say "Remember the battle and do no more."

Rev. Bray from Indian encouraged the church for a season to do this during praise and worship service a few years ago. I am now hearing this message again through a couple different ministers. So I know it's something that needs to be done during this season.

Job 41:1-8 says this:
Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down?

Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn?

Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft words unto thee?

Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for ever?

Wilt thou play with him as with a bird? or wilt thou bind him for thy maidens?

Shall the companions make a banquet of him? shall they part him among the merchants?

Canst thou fill his skin with barbed irons? or his head with fish spears?

"Lay thine hand upon him, remember the battle, do no more."

It must be cast out! Like the song Karen Wheaton says "I was made for war, I was made for battle Lord."

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Cast it Out!
