A Persistent Look On Purpose.
On Purpose look for the good in your everyday and you will see it.
For the Lord God is the sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will be withhold from them that walk uprightly. O Lord of host, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee. Ps. 84:11,12
Love,Trust, and Faith are the three things that can only be felt down deep in the soul before it can truly be manifested outward to seeing it or even experience it to it's greatest potential.
On the surface level I thought I had these 3 mastered only to realize during a season of trying that I lacked them deep. And when I mean season of trying, I am talking about years and years. One would think that a season was but 2 months or so but for me, it was a long period of time. Even so, when I finally received the revelation of the 3, the revelation has never left me. It is becoming a part of my nature and DNA.
The Lord has always loved me in fact, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us and we love Him because He first loved us. The bible tells and speaks how the Lord loves us so much that He became a ransom for us at the cross that we might be saved through His life. So, when I was in fear and had no trust in Gods love for me, it was not that God lacked it but I had to come into the revelation of knowing that He absolutely loves me. "Perfect love cast out fear." Gods love is perfect it does not change; something that is perfected is the best that can ever be, it is perfect. It was my love that was not perfected.
Not by feeling but by choice. In my every day I had to choose to see the good in my day from when I woke up in the morning until I lay my head on the pillow to sleep. On purpose I had to seek and look closely for the good in the day, in things, and in people. The growth of a bride must learn to love, trust, and have faith in the one who is to become her husband. Where it matters the most that makes the greatest impact, is in the trying of our faith. If it can withstand the pressure of the trying then it can bloom into something grander.
As I look in my own marriage covenant with my husband I can see a parallel from the flesh and the spirit. How and what I acted out in the flesh was really what was happening in my spirit deep down inside. I'm so thankful that the Lord allowed me to go through this trying because with out it I never would have grown into the maturity of this Love, Trust, and Faith which is an eternal treasure.
The Lord gave His All to us because His Love for us was so great. He withheld nothing. When we personally receive this revelation deep in our soul it's a game changer for sure against the enemy. The enemy is always telling us that God is not love and we can't trust Him because He keeps things and even the best from us. With so much work in trying to convince me that God doesn't love me, then it must be all the more true the Lord does love me! Otherwise why is the chatter constant and so loud...
The revelation that changed my perception was this, "On Purpose look for the good in your everyday and you will see it or rather you will see Him for God is Good. But you must choose to seek it on Purpose and don't go by feelings but by Choice." It was A Persistent look on Purpose. So every day I choose to see Christ in all; even in the suffering for as He suffered we fellowship and commune with Him there. The bonding of love in the suffering because Joy comes in the morning.
So I can now testify of Gods great love for me and in God, I trust and my faith is in Him alone because He loved me way back from eternity past and I have now come to this knowledge and revelation of who He is. God is Love and perfect Love cast out fear. For where there is love, there is trust and faith. Nothing like a good trying to get it to come out in the open.
May we all seek the Lord in this capacity that the world may also truly know of His love, His trust, and have Faith in Him for He is a Good God.
