Strength and Courage to Pursue

Biting the lip as it quivers from tears falling from the eyes. A whispered prayer fly's out of the soul into eternity in hopes it reaches the ears of The Everlasting God in heaven. The spiritual warfare of the human spirit debilitates not only the mental thoughts into confusion, but cripples the walk as well when the defenses goes down. Defeat seem inevitable here without a defense.

Even after a victorious win, one has to have recover time and cannot even enjoy the victory because of all the wounds that need healing. So do we replay the fighting in our mind over and over, or focus on the recover to heal and move into what's ahead? Time is slipping away from us and we must redeem it because it's not going to get easier as we move up higher.

However, in all the spiritual warfare HE reminds me as I walk. "I've commissioned you to succeed in everything you do when you are in Me."

Romans 8:36,37 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things "We are More than Conquerors through Him that loved us."

Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?!

As I walk the road conversing with the Almighty, the sun shines and heats my left shoulder.  I press down the road that was already paved ahead of me from those gone before; oh the great cloud of witnesses above and in front remind me also that we were made to succeed in all things. As Jesus overcame the world so can we through Him.

James 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

The higher and deeper we grow in the Lord the fight will intensify to try our hearts and it will determine if we will become more like Christ or collapse in the carnal ways of the world. I use to believe that it was everyone and everything was against me, then the revelation came that in actual the trials, problems, and struggles can strengthen me as I press forward to the high calling. So while the enemy is seeking to devour and destroy us, the Lord in His goodness uses that to strengthen us to become more like HIM.

So instead of blaming others and the world for the issues, we turn this thing around and gather strength and courage to pursue and posses the land taking over territory. In love and humility as a testament to others that had it not been for the Lord they had swallowed us up quick! So the more we overcome the sweeter and poised our words should be towards others for certain.

Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

So while we fight the good fight of faith, we gain to get closer and closer to the Lord. Maturing in every way to be His bride. Heaven cheers us on we just need that revelation register in our minds that we are more than conquers in all things.

What's wrong is not them but it's us to mature and grow in strength to be the Bride of Christ. The church is His Bride. He paid a price for her and given her all things already. So before the marriage supper of the lamb the Bride must make herself ready. And although the spiritual warfare rages, she continues to pursue her Love forward to her Lord and Savior because He has already given her all things. Be strong and of good courage victory is already ours we just need to go through and press on through. Be encouraged your not alone, we are His beloved.
