Your Core Circle
Our spiritual leaders, mentors, and close friends Should be sharpening us as we have helped sharpen them as well. If they're not spiritually building you up then perhaps it's time to reevaluate who's speaking into your life for spiritual growth and purpose,or who is just being silent and sadly, inactive. Because when we are in need of encouragement and need a push for spiritual growth and moral education, they will be able to step up and help us with that burden /need as well.
But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.
Moses needed help to pray when the battle raged. He had Aaron and Hur help lift his hands in prayer. He was a leader of a nation and a former ruler of Egypt. Yet, his father in law encouraged him and he also had help lifting up his hands in prayer during a fierce battle. Because of this act, they won the fight.
Exodus 17:11,12
And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.
"We are first servants then leaders."
We should be a people of much substance for a Saviour who gave us all of His.
We may not reap where we have sown but don't let that stop us from sowing. Sow in good ground always! Look at your ground; are you gaining or losing seed and fruit. The Lord's all about multiplication and we should be spiritually multiplying in like manner inwardly with great substance.
Pay attention to who's also helping you tend to your spiritual garden. Who's helping you get the weeds out and fighting the good fight of faith with you... In like manner, who are you helping do the same thing or are we just taking away their fruit and not reciprocating it back...
"Reciprocation is key with your core circle!"

We need to be strong for not only ourselves, but mostly for others. They need us. We may be the help in their hour of need as well. The Christ in us should be pouring out substance. This is how we love one another as the Father loves us.
Let's serve one other as well as the fatherless, the widows, the orphan, and the stranger.
